Legal Agreement

User Obligations and Responsibilities
1. Client Conduct Requirements
As a client of Swift Shine, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- • Maintain a safe working environment for our cleaning staff
- • Be present or arrange access to the property during scheduled service times
- • Secure all valuables, pets, and fragile items before service begins
- • Notify us of any special requirements, hazards, or concerns before service
- • Treat our staff with respect and professionalism at all times
2. Prohibited Activities
You expressly agree not to:
- • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- • Request services that would violate any local, state, or federal laws
- • Attempt to solicit or hire our employees for personal employment
- • Use our services for commercial cleaning without prior agreement
- • Provide false information or misrepresent property conditions
- • Interfere with or obstruct service delivery
3. Age and Authority Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into this binding agreement and to grant access to the property where services will be performed.
4. Property Access and Security
You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access to the property. This includes providing keys, codes, or being present to grant entry. You agree to secure all valuables and understand that Swift Shine is not responsible for items not properly secured or disclosed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swift Shine, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- • Unsafe or hazardous conditions at your property not disclosed to us
- • Any third-party claims related to your use of our services
- • Pre-existing damage or issues not reported before service
Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
Swift Shine provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- • Guarantees that services will meet all client expectations
- • Warranties regarding specific results or outcomes
- • Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Shine shall not be liable for:
- • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- • Damage to items not properly disclosed or secured by the client
- • Pre-existing damage or defects in property or items
- • Damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
3. Maximum Liability
In any event, Swift Shine's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
4. Damage Claims
Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Claims not reported within this timeframe may not be considered. We require documentation including photographs and descriptions of alleged damage.
Force Majeure
Swift Shine shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- • Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
- • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- • Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
- • Labor disputes, strikes, or staff shortages
- • Equipment failures, utility outages, or technical issues
Legal Information and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swift Shine operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
2. Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our operational area for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or our services.
3. Dispute Resolution Procedures
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, parties may pursue mediation or arbitration before initiating formal legal proceedings.
4. Time Limitations for Claims
Any claim or cause of action arising from our services must be filed within one year after the claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
Privacy and Data Protection

No waiver by Swift Shine of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to assert a right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Modification of Terms
Swift Shine reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
